Terms & Condition for Hotel Duke

• The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into this hotel.
• As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card and address proof at the time of check-in. In case check-in is denied due to lack of required documents, no refund can be claimed, and the booking will be considered a NO SHOW.
• Local ID proof and PAN card will not be accepted as valid ID proof.
• Unless mentioned, the tariff does not include charges for optional services such as telephone calls, room service, mini bar, snacks, laundry, and extra bed. Such charges, if availed, will be levied separately by the hotel.
• Extra bed can be accommodated with a folding cot or mattress, subject to room size and availability.
• The hotel reserves the right to decline accommodation to localites/same-city residents.
• The hotel may charge your card/account for additional cancellation charges, if applicable.
• Shortening your stay (reducing room nights during the stay) without prior information (24 hours before) will attract 100% retention charges. No cancellation will be allowed in such cases.
• Pets are not allowed on the property.
• Outside food is not allowed inside the hotel and restaurant.

• Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and standard check-out time is 11:00 AM . All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available; baggage can be checked in for early arrivals if rooms are unavailable.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable. Late check-out charges: until 4:00 PM — 50% of the contract rate; after 4:00 PM — full night charge applies. Guaranteed access to rooms before 2:00 PM can be granted subject to availability by paying an additional full-night charge.

• No charge for children under 5 years old, including complimentary breakfast, sharing bed with parents.
• Children aged 5–12 years sharing the existing bed with parents will be charged as per the rates mentioned in the Rate Grid.
• Extra person (adult) / child (12 years and above) will be charged as per the rates mentioned in the Rate Grid.

• All bookings are confirmed against advance payment; therefore, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation, with the remaining 50% to be deposited 10 days prior to arrival.

• 75% refund if cancelled before 10 days of check-in date.
• 1 night retention applicable if cancelled within 10 days and before 7 days of check-in.
• 100% charges applicable if cancelled within 7 days of check-in date.
• No refund in case of NO SHOW.

• Rates are in Indian Currency (INR).
• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• All contract rates are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges. Hotel Duke reserves the right to adjust contract rates at any time to reflect changes.
• Room rates are inclusive of Room Only for 2 persons if booked on EP (European Plan); Room + Breakfast if booked on CP (Continental Plan); Room + Breakfast & Dinner if booked on MAP (Modified American Plan); Room + Breakfast, Dinner & Lunch if booked on AP (American Plan).
• Clients staying on CP, MAP, or AP meal plans will be served a fixed menu.
• FOC (Free of Cost) rooms will be provided on 15 paying rooms.
• The above special rates are net and non-commissionable.

• Bed decoration will be charged at INR 1,500/-
• Honeymoon cake will be charged at INR 1,200/- (1 pound cake)

• If acts of God, government authorities, natural disasters, or other emergencies beyond a party's reasonable control make it illegal or impossible for such party to perform its obligations under this agreement, such party may terminate this agreement upon written notice to the other party without liability.
